1.       Drive if you can or have someone drive you. If this is not an option call 911. Tell the Medics that you don't have insurance and request to go to the nearest free clinic if there is an emergency room attached.
2.       Find the nearest free clinic. There should be one close by get the directions; write them down clearly how to get there. Bear in mind that you are not able to think as well as you typically do.
3.       Bring any type of medical information you have at home, if you are on any kind of medication bring the containers with you.

This verifies that they're not being scammed. There are some very interesting people who have no trouble looking for a free ride.
Free Clinics what do you need to know

This is typically a government funded hospital or clinic, so if you do go you may have to wait depending on your health concern. Bring something to read or do while you wait it can take some time depending on how busy they are.
These clinics work with so many people day in and day out, so this is why I'd take careful notes and get a copy of the doctor's orders and if possible the diagnosis. This will help you if you need to see another doctor.
After treatment, follow up to make sure that your paperwork was processed correctly for future visits if you need them. Also having a copy of your records is very helpful when you have insurance and do have health coverage. This way you can work with your doctor for complete medical treatment.
These few tips are just the tip of the iceberg, there are so many other resources that you can pool from to get the money you need. This includes non-profit organizations which are willing to help you cover medical, expenses even if you've already had a trip to the Emergency Room.
